[Resolved]  Reebok India — SHOE SOLE PROBLEM

Reebok — THE color of shoe sole got Breached and they are looking ugly

I have wonderd the entire city to buy good running shoes and i finally ended up in Reebok,where they offerd me 50% discount on my shoes,and also they gave me 6 months warranty,but finally they cheated me,the next day i used the shoes and the color of the sole got completely cleared off and they are looking very uglyto use.
I thought Reebok will stand upto customer confidence and it has got good will but it cheated the customer and when i complained of this to the Reebok retail shop person ,he said nothing he can do and it is the product of the company,so he haven't taken any responsibility to answer my problem even.
Finally i decided to stop buying goods from Reebok and also to make people aware of this facts so that no other person suffers from this issue.
Please consider the address of the retail shop where i bought the Shoes ,so that never buy in that shop and don't suffer from that peoples response.

reebok contemporary — shoe sole

i have buy a pair of reebok shoe from prayaga enterprises in polayathodu,kollam on the date of[protected]. shoe soles are detach from the shoe.

Reebok — bottom soles of shoes

We have four pairs of shoes whose soles have come out within 2 weeks o[censored]se. The showroom from which we had purchased has shut down. Other showrooms refuse to help. The Reebok website has no complaints section or any email id or phone no. to contact. We even tried to put a post on Reebok's facebook page, but it was deleted and we got no response. We have been badly let down by such a reputed company. Kindly help us.
