[Resolved]  Reebok Shoes — Replacement

Regarding Exchange Of Shoes.

I bought one shoe of Reebok PGSC No. R180458, MRP : Rs. 2990.00 on Dated : 11.05.2008 from the above mention shoe store and found defect on the shoe. So, I decided to replace it and hand over it to the vendor dated : 25.06.2008.

But till date I have not received any replacement rather the vendor is saying to take old version shoes and replace it some other place.

May be the shoes returned from reebok but the vendor sold it to other and denying me for the replacement. We are Physically and mentally abused by the vendor.

I request Reebok India to look into the matter in urgent basis and refund / replace the same ASAP.

se one pair of Shoe Bill No. 161 dt. 24.09.2006 ko code no[protected]. Amountying Rs. 2, 790/- me liya tha. Jiski garanttee/ warantee six month tak tha. us shoe ko 5 month me hi soel & pesting ka problem hone laga, maine 45 km (Barakar se Dhanbad) jaakar Aroma Rebok show room me ye problem dikhaye. to unhone kaha ki aap ka isse jaya nahi hoga. tab mane kaha ki 6 month ki gurentte hai to kaha ki koi baat nahi aap laayiyega main badal dunga.
Fir jab jayda problem ho gaya tab maine 03.10.2007 to shoe leke dhanbad leke gaya to unhone kaha ki ye to jayda din ho gaya ab nahi hoga. Fir maine kaha ki Aaapki company reputed company hai ise to soel & pest ka probelm nahi hona chahiye.
Fir unhone superior officers Sri Neelji (Nilothpaur Day) ke kehne par wo shoe recevid kar liye aur kaha ki aapko jald hi curier se bheg diya jayega. jayda din jab gujar gaya to maine shop me baar baar jake kaha to bhi koi khaas fark nahi pada. to maine unhe kaha ki ab mujhe counsumer fouram jaaunga.
Fir maine unhe 19.09.08 ko Advocate notice bheja. tab dekh raha hun ki envelop pe likh ke aaya ki (ye dukhan band ho gayi).
Aapko ye jaankari isliye de raha hun ki, aap log 10 days ke aander isme koi action nahi liya, aur mera shoe nahi mila to main REBOK COMPANY ke against me hi CONSUMER FOUREM jaaunga.

i bought a pair of rebok shoes cost Rs.2990 at a discont price of rupee.1795 from shopper stop at ansal
plaza new-delhi on 02.08.2008 the Trx no.7416/32 and SKU.[protected] after one month the shoe sole pasting and stiching problem then i went to the reebok shop near to my house in kalkaji but the selesman say you go to the same shop where you purchese the and dont get worry it has gurantee of
six-mounth then i go to the same shop at shopper stop at ansal plaza after four mounth there i met the reebok RSM mr.RAJA and the person we dont replace the shoe we onlly repair the shoe you collect after ten days I go after thirteen days but i say that my shoe get no repair then he say you give me two days more otherwise i give you new pair of shoes after two day again i went i saw that my shoe they cut the stiching portion and pested with some gum i am shocked than the RAJA says that the sele
item has no gurantee i am very upset the shoe show is very unplesnt i there fore requsted to the senior
quailty person of the company kindly take attaion on my complaint and reambers me accourding to
their policy

i brought apair of reebok shoes PGSC NO.I-137258 costing Rs.2690 from the reebok shop in jay corporation 2 m.s.koil street kalmandapam chennai 600013 dtd16/06/2009 bill no.4861 within two hoursc outsole left and right shoe strarted coming off and the both shoe had becomes damage
i returned to the shop shopkeepar sayed i not given to replacement

I bought a pair of Rebok shoes from Bhubaneswar Bomikhal Showroom about Five months back. During Monsoons I notice that water enters my shoes and wets my socks. It is deplorable that one of the most expensive brand makes shoes that leak water in them. Would like Rebok to contact me and replace my shoes.
