[Resolved]  Reebok Shoes — Very Poor Quality of Reebok Shoes

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.5320.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in RBK FACTORY STORE,
ALAMSONS APPARELS,
BRANCH:NO, 4AC-401
KAMMANAHALLI MAIN ROAD
HRBR LAYOUT KALYAN NAGAR
BANGALORE-560043
having TIN NO: [protected] AND CST NO: 76597921 but within 5 months shoes developed crack (stitches opened) and one got torn (mess has come out). It happened for both shoes at the same place.

The staff at the shoeroom have not accepted the complaint. They asked me to send a mail to customer care. They also informed me that the RULES have changed and they cant do anything about the replacement or repair of the shoes.

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected. I was expecting the staff to take care of the complaint.

I know that the warranty period of 90 days is over, but within 5 months the shoe developed crack. Very poor quality I have to say. Such quality was not expected from such a famous branch and that to within such a short time.

I hereby attached snaps of the bill and the product.
And I have used shoes for office purpose not for the sports. you can make out this by seeing the sole.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money.
