Sir,

This is to inform you that I purchased a T-Shirt from RAINBOW IMPEX,GARIA,271A,N, S,C BOSE ROAD, KOLKATA-700047 ON 26.01.10 AND PGSC NO-R276165(L)/DESCRIPTION—APP /MRP-1099.00

I have complained for the T-shirt because there is an aperture on it. I have submitted it on 07.03.2010, customer claim form no-24237. MY complaint was delay due to I was out of India.

But your showroom manager told that replacement product value RS-577/-
SO I haven’t received that approval because I want same T-shirt which has stock in your showroom.

I am waiting for your reply. Please do the needful
