1) I had gone to the Passport Office to renew my Daughter's Passport (Somya Hasija....FILE NO F038970) on Date 30th September 2011. Key Number [protected] & necessary payment for Rs 1000/- was tendered in Cash.



2) As a proof of being a Parent I had submitted copies of My Passport( NAVIN KUMAR HASIJA)

File Number T-1381-96 , Passport Number A 2456679 .



3) The concerned Officer on the window has Stamped "CANCELLED" on my daughter's Passport( Which had Expired File No: F038970) & also on MY PASSPORT which is valid till 22.12.2016.



4) This is an errand on the Part of the Concerned Official.



5) Scanned Image of My Passport is enclosed for your reference.



6) Request you to kindly look into the above & get this resolved.



A line to acknowledge this mail & confirming the next course of action will be highly appreciated.
