[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office Hyderabad — Non Issuance of Passport even after Police verification completed before 3 months

Hello Sir;

Sub:- Passport Issue pending for past 3 months for File Ref. No:- HYDF02914910

I have applied for a Passport Renewal on the date mentioned above as[protected]. I was issued the receipt from the Hyderabad RPO with the Receipt No:-A396, Key no:-[protected].

The status report on their website does not give any indication of what status the application is in. Police verification was completed three months back. I have contacted the respective police station and the officer in charge, has told me that police verification documents have already been submitted to the RPO office Hyderabad. They have requested me to go to the passport office with the proof of Police verification completion which was completed on[protected]. The enquiry desk at the office gave a rude answer saying you have to wait for more time. It has been 3 months now and not yet received my passport. I have also sent numerous emails to their grievance desk but in vain.Needless to mention that issuance of Passport to me has been inordinately delayed.

I therefore kindly request The Consumer Complaints Desk to look into the matter and ensure that the people of Hyderabad and India don't suffer from these delays from the Passport Divisions. If not could you please explain or direct me what the next step is.
