[Resolved] Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — Delayed Passport renewal

Applied for renewal of passports on line for self and spouse vide File nos. HYDF01229310 & HYDF01229410 Dated 23rd April 2010.

I have checked up with The Hyderabad City Police Passport Verification Cell (Special Branch) Traffic police station located on the Necklec Road, opposite to Prasad I-Max Theater. It is learnt from them, that till date our Passport Applications (File Nos. HYDFO1229310 & HYDFO1229410) have never been referred to them for necessary Police Verification.

Humbly request your kindself for an early action please. It is not possible for us for a physical followup with your office because of heavy rush at your office, ther was an ADALAT on 8th Jan.'11 and one more on 5th Feb.'11. Hope they will locate these delayed application and consider to process. There is response to our queries by e-mails. We are SICK and unable to attend these Adalats. Hope Consumer Complaints Forum will help us in resolving the complaint at an early date.

My name is KHAJA ASAD ALI SIDDIQUI. I have to go abroad for that applied for renewal of my passport in TATKAL scheme. Its been three months since i have applied but till now I didn't get it. File Reference Number is HYDF03447010. I humbly request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and make sure it is despatched as soon as possible.
