Dear Sir, Sub: Passport Query Reg: File Reference No: HYD-C[protected] of Name: JUNAID AHMED MOHAMMED , DOB:[protected] Application Date:[protected], DOB:[protected] This is to bring to you notice that I had applied for my passport in the tatkal scheme on 15/06/2011. Having not received my passport within a month, upon my discussion with the PRO I was told that the police report was the only pending document & that the other documents were in order. After a lot of patience I personally handed over the police report certificate at the enquiry counter along with a letter requesting for the renewal of my passport at the earliest. It has been almost a year now since I've applied for my passport and months since I submitted the police report. Though I applied in the tatkal its been a year now and still no response. Also, the website does not any status regarding my file from the very first day. I request you to look into this matter and resolve my problem at the earliest since, I really need to go abroad and the only reason my family is unable to travel is due to my passport. I have applied for renewal of my passport (FILE NO:HYDL[protected] in September, 2011. Police verification was done in October,2011. I have not received my passport yet. I request the concerned authorities to please issue my passport.Nanduri Anil Prashant

Dear Sirs,Could you help us to release my childrens passport from Hyderabad passport office .
I have applied to renew my childrens passport and application was submitted in January 2011 for the below listed childrens name :
1) Umaimah Asad - Application dated 03/01/2011 - File No.HYD- C000093
2) Tahaullah Khan - Application dated 03/01/2011 - File No. HYD-C000094
3) Uzmah Asad - Application dated 03/01/2011 - File No. HYD-C0000095
4) Safya Asad - Application dated 04/01/2011 - File No. HYD-C000221
5) Omairullah Khan - Application dated 04/01/2011 - File No. HYD-C000222
6) Afifa Asad - Application dated 04/01/2011 - File No. HYD-C000224
The message online shows every two weeks saying that quote "Passport has been granted is expected to be dispatched by 11/08/2011 subject to all documents being in order" unquote.
The above message is every month updated by passport authorities or automated by the computer system till (8 months) eight months has been completed I have not received my childrens' passport.
I appeal the authorities to help me to get my childrens passport.
