Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — Non receipt of new passport

I have applied for a new passport on 09.06.2011 and the police verification has been completed. Still i am yet to receive the passport. The details are given below:

STATUS :
It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.

There is no change in the above status for the last couple of months.

I request the concerned authorities to dispatch my passport immediately & oblige.
