Regional Passport Office, New Delhi — Huge delay in renewal of my passport | |
This is with reference to my application for renewal of my passport (A[protected] which expired on 14th April 2009. My renewal application File Reference No. is DLH-H[protected]. The applicant name is - RAVINDER KUMAR and my Date of Birth is[protected]. I applied for renewal of passport on 31st December 2008. I have submitted three PP forms twice as guided by PRO (Met the concerned official in Room No.8, thrice for the purpose). I have checked at Police Stations (At my current residence and at my permanent residences). The Police reports sent are Ok. I am in deep trouble due to non-issue of my passport. It has already taken more than five months now. My work involves travel abroad without which I face serious issues in my professional life. I now need to go to Bangladesh as early as possible for supporting design of Food Security projects in the country. Your help and support in pursuing my work is sincerely requested. I solemnly request you to please guide me on this case and suggest me all that I can do the get my passport at the earliest. I have full faith in the procedures and systems of the Indian Passport Office to give me the positive response and delivery of my new passport. Regional Passport Office, New Delhi — inordinate delay in delivery of passport
I submitted application of my wife, Rita Kathuria, vide file No. A024104 at the Passport Office on 24/9/2008. This application was filed along with application of myself and my son, Gaurav Kathuria. While myself and my son got their passport about two months back. my wife is still to get the passport. I went to the passport officer in room no. 7, bhikaji cama place on 9/10/2008. He promised that the passport will be delivered in 10 days time. But till 29/10/2008 the passport has not been delivered.Regional Passport Office, New Delhi — Non receipt of 2 Nos. of Passports
Passports against File Nos.DLH-A[protected] Application Date 1-1-2009 & DLH-A[protected] Application Date 1-1-2009 are yet to be received despite innumerable reminders, fulfillment of all formalities, repeated requests, representations, personal visits and submission of all documents. I have applied for my passport on dt.07.07.2010.police veryfication is not done.Because your officials sent for police veryfication by over sight.They have sent other person veryfication form instead of mind.
So, I kindly request to sent correct form as soon as earlier, Because there are many problems to make my visa.

Passport Office Delhi — Non receipt of passports
I had submitted my passport and my wife's passport for Reissue on the 15th July'08.The file numbers provided by passport office Delhi for the passports are as under-NAME FILE NO DATE

Till date i have not received the new passports for both o[censored]s.I checked on passport office website and the status it shows is "Application is pending for want of Police Report".However since no police verification had happened at our residence, i went to the concerned police station [Sector 31, Faridabad] to check the status.The Station incharge showed be all the records and till date they haven't received any information for police verification on our cases.
I have also send many mails to the email id mentioned on the passport office website but haven't received any reply from them.
I would therefore request you to contact passport office and urge them to send our records for police verification again so that the same can be carried out ASAP.
