The Regional PF commissioner Sub regional office Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,Plot no. 222 Sector 3,charkop poiser road, charkop market,charkop,kandivali(w) mumbai-400067. Respected Sir, I want to bring to your attention that I 'TOSHI VERMA' worked for Aptech Ltd.,Patrachar Vidhyalaya,Delhi for around 3 years.All the procedures regarding PF form have been fulfilled.I have the receipt dated 21st April 2009,but the concerned PF amount has not yet been credited to my account. Now this is my third reminder.You are requested to kindly look into the matter as I will be bound to send the complaint in RTI if no convincing action will be taken.
