Hello Sir/Ma'am,

This is to bring to your kind notice that my PF transfer from Noida Account to Bangalore Account is pending since April 2008.
Following is the details for the same.
Form No. 13 has been sent to Noida PF Office with a supporting letter requesting for the transfer of my PF accumulation from A/C no. UP/23441/530 to my Present Account No. KN/WF/45086/166 (Regional Provident Fund commisioner-II, SAO-Whitefield, K R Puram, Bangalore 560036) on April 9 2008 but till date (30.03.2009) it has not been transferred.

Plz look into the matter and do the needful so that the process gets expedited and i am able to get my money transferred to my new PF account.

Dear Sir/Madam,

i am really in a need of money. I am currently jobless and recently i have done my sisters marriage.

I fulfilled all the formalities for getting the PF. I submitted all the documents on 14th Jan 2009 and as per the recipt the amount was supposed to be credited by 13th Feb 2009.

I am checking my account balance 5 times a day but the amount has not been credited as of date.

I have taken money from so many people for my sisters marriage and am really in need of money.

Please credit it asap.

My receipt number is 28187426 and the form was submitted on 14/01/09

I recieved one letter (Ref -7019357/cash/20072008/BAN 22/194/1944/R.L.No.-76669&70193528/Cash/20072008/BAN22/199/2016)from E P F O, BANDRA dated 28/09/07, saying that they are senting cheques for Rs 53302(cheque no.964153) and Rs 38374(cheque no 865695) drawn on STATE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI MAIN BRANCH, MUMBAI towards Final/partly settlement and withdrawal benefit against P.F.A/c No.MH/20942/3271 and creditinng the same to my bank account no.13919 .but this cheques are not credited into my A/c upto this time.After writing lot of letters to bandra office and direct to Central PF Commissioner DELHI, again I got a letter (Ref: PGHS 0802197 dated[protected] telling that they sending cheques for Rs 53302 (VD.CH.NO.964153) & Rs 38314 (v.d.ch.no.865695)dated 28-09-08 to my SB A/C NO 13919, BANK OF INDIA, ERNAKULAM. Unfortunately these cheques are also not credited into my A/C upto this date.
so please take neccessary steps in this matter, as I am financially put to difficulties

I WAS TEACHING AT ARMY SCHOOL JHANSI CANTT, AND DEPOSITED EP FUND WEF
MAY 2006 TO JUNE 2008, Rs 1560/- per month, FOR 26 MONTHS, TOTALLING Rs40560/-.

MY EPF No IS- UP/20501/262. I LEFT THE JOB IN JUNE 08 & APPLIED FOR REFUND IN JUNE 08 WITH ALL DOCUMENTS DULY SUBMITTED TO EPF KANPUR BY ME .

This is in response to my Request to kindly help me to get my PF amount submitted by my office HCL Comnet on 25/9/2008 under Receipt No:-"28484925" Type Form 10 C Status Under Process and Receipt Number:[protected] Type Form 19 Status Under Process and the mentioned remarks is "Your Claim is received on 25/9/2008 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission."(Refer Files Attached)



I have personally visited several Times to the PF Office Located at the below mentioned address with the receipt of Submission of the PF Form on 25/9/2009 and PF Number :- "DL/19092/4235"

and their respected officials told me to contact my HCL Officials to get the status as they do not have the form status with them. My Question here is how and why my HCL Officials are going to be responsible for the status of my PF Account, when its already been completed and submitted from their end to the PF office for further processing? When the Site is displaying that my form is being submitted to the PF office then why I am not getting the status of my PF Amount, and why PF Officials are harassing me by asking me to go here and there and misrouting me and wasting my time and my patience. When it was mentioned that within submission of PF form I would be getting my Money within 45 days then why till today I have not been updated or provided with my Money? I left HCL of Feb-2008 and its been more than a Year I have not received my PF amount. Even after completion of 6 months on this 25-MAR-2009 I am not sure when and how I am going to get my Money and even If the officials are going to provide me the amount.

I would like to request you to provide me the Correct Information and Explanation about my PF Status and the reason of the delay under the act of Right To Information I am requesting your Officials to please provide me with the updates. I need my money as soon as possible as I am strongly in need to get that money which is I believe my Right.

DEFYING ALL ETHICS EPFO, SRO GURGAON DELAYED IN MAKING PAYMENT OF SETTLED EPF CLAIM; EPF A/C NO. HR/GGN/25204/26679. ALMOST ALL THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES OF EPFO REMAINED SILENT TO MY REPEATED REQUESTS. EVEN HONBLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA'S SECRETARIAT'S INTERVENTION FAILED TO YIELD ANY RESPONSE FROM EPFO AUTHORITIES. MINISTRY OF LABOUR'S INTERVENTION ULTIMATELY COMPELLED EPFO TO RELEASE THE EPF CLAIM. ATTROCITIES OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES, NON ACCOUNTABILITY, MANIPULATION IN EPFO'S WEBSITE SUCH AS THROUGH BLOCKING OF 'FEED BACK' ETC. THE AUTHORITIES HAS ESTABLISHED EXAMPLE OF WORST GOVERNANCE. MY RTI QUERIES WHICH COULD HAVE EXPOSED ABOUT THE PREVALENT GROSS MISMANAGEMENT, HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDED EVEN AFTER EXPIRY OF 30 DAYS TIME. FIRST APPEAL TO THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY HAS BEEN SENT ON 18/03/2009. COPIES OF MY RTI APPLICATION AND APPEAL HAS BEEN SENT TO ALL THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES OF EPFO, HON'BLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF LABOUR, COMPETENT AUTHORITIES OF CIC. I STILL DO NOT FORESEE TO GET ANY LOGISTIC REPLY FROM EPFO.

Hi,

I've faced isssue in transfer of my PF amount from one a/c to another and it was pending for more than 2.5 years like that. Then I've got an advice from this website only to raise grievance at http://dpg.gov.in/ and it was addressed and resolved by PF offices of both from and to account within one month exactly.

Thank you for the guy who advised me to approach this way and it really works in India too. So please log your grievance and get it resolved.

This is my humble request to clear my PF amount from your Office


I have deposited my PF Claim through Form No. 28714014 on 7th May’2008 at your Nehru Place Office (5th - 6 th Floor, Skylark Building, 60, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019) but still I have not received my claim.

I from January2007 i joined as TEAMLEADER in HTMT global solutions and resigned in AUG2008, however i have not received my PF amount from karnataka pf office- PF# KN/46294/1854

When i checked with my organisation ( HTMT ) they said that they have processed my Forms and had filed with PF Office for Settlement on 09 Sep, 2008, since the settlement will be done by PF Office, and requested me to contact PF Office at[protected], 25734492 and quote my PF Account Number with HTMT for the status, but i stay in hyderabad and my financial status doesn't permitting me to make STD to karnataka PF branch some how i managed to do but still no response on my amount, kindly check and release my PF amount, my PF NO: MH/BAN/40156/9034

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I worked in a company called M/s Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata posted at M/s TCE Consulting Engineers Ltd. Jamshedpur and resigned on 2nd February 2007. I had filled the PF Transfer Form and gave it to my present employer. They had sent through courier to my ex-employer M/s Teamlease on 13.04.2007, which was forwarded to EPFO, Bangalore by M/s Teamlease. But the ‘Form-13A’ was returned to me by EPFO, Bangalore on 18.06.07 with remarks that “Your claim has already settled on 31.05.2007. Hence the duplicate F-13 is rejected”. I wrote a letter to EPFO, Bangalore on 16.07.2007 and subsequently I contacted over phone to them. Then I was informed to contact to my ex-empoyer M/s Teamlease.

Since then regulary I am in touch with M/s Teamlease via e-mail. On 27th June’08 I was informed by M/s Teamlease that my PF accumulation has been transferred to my present PF Account No. WB/11138/5941 vide Cheque No. 156342 dated 07.06.2007. When I enquired to my present employer it was not receive by them. On 26th June’08 I was asked for submit a ‘Re-Authorisation Letter’, which I sent to M/s Teamlease on 18.07.08 and it was received by them on 22.07.2008. M/s Teamlease has submitted the same to EPFO, Bangalore on 24.07.2008. I have a scanned copy of receiving copy with a seal of EPFO, Bangalore received from M/s Teamlease. But till now I didn't get the amount either in my Bank Account or my present PF Account No. WB/11138/5941. It's almost more than 2 years. My PF number of M/s Teamlease was KN/35224/098254.

From last two years M/s Teamlease and EPFO, Bangalore both the organizations are harassing me. When I am contacting to Teamlease they are asking me to contact EPFO, Bangalore and when I am contacting to EPFO, Bangalore they are asking me to contact Teamlease. I am having all the supporting documents. Please help me to get back my PF accumulation at the earliest possible.

Dear Sir,

1.Form no. 13, Form 5 & Form 10 were submitted with regional offfice on 27/04/06 by the company Monnet Ispat Ltd.
2.Recd. CC of letter no. DL/19846/125/CPM-05/1731 dtd. 06/09/2006 addressed to The Regional PF commissioner, Raipur for transfering accumulation of said account.
3. On follow up with Regional PF office raipur they confirm that the same has been settled at their end before October, 2006.
4. The company wrote REMINDER letter on 16/05/08 and 16/02/2009 which were duly receipted by R.O. office on 22/05/2008 and 23/02/2009 respectively.
5. Annual Statement of Accounts for[protected] A/c no. DL/19846/12 6)received by me now, does not reflect the accumulation in (A/C no. CG/17054/77). It seems that no concrete action has been taken by PF OFFICE till date.

I once again request you the please take necessary corrective action in this regard. Otherwise will be constrained the take Legal recourse for remedy.

SINCE 3 YERS HAS ELAPSED NOTHING HAS BEN DONE.
