[Resolved] Relax Well Mattress — Late in delivery of Double cots | |
I purchased a double cot with relaxwell matress on 21 Jan 2009 in an offer given by Home town. It was told that this will be delivered on 21 Feb 2009. On repeated followups the cot was delivered on 01 March 2009 and fixed on 03 March 2009 but the matress was not delivered. On enquiry it was told that there is strike in the warehouse and on call off of the same the matress will be delivered. It is very astonishing that two months before when my freind purchased the cot and matress from big bazar (this is from the same group of Future Groups) the same story was told. Still this is in suspense that when the matress will be delivered Was this information helpful? | |

I have purchased relaxwell eco mattress in July 2017. Quality was so bad. After a two month, area where we sleep, those area was compressed permanently. Becoz of that we had a back pain problem. This mattress was replaced. But, next one is much worst than previous. Same thing happened with it in a 2-3 week. I was complaint for it, but they replays it i[censored] want upgrade model then only they will give. We was purchased it in 13000 rs. Upgrade means we must add more[protected] rs more and will get another one.
Why will we purchased 20000 rd mattress? Our mattress is in warranty period, so I want to replaced this product only...

purchase date 02.07.2010, Code 75*48*4, batch no 056, mattress no 6881, date of mfg: 30:05-10, quality ECO .
is it standard of ISO 9001 company who audited the company???????????????? with out customer sates faction it is not recognized as ISO 9001 company the object of quality policy customer feed back & Compliant handling.
