[Resolved] Reliance 3G — 3G service Complaint - Poor internet service and network | |||
I have purchased a Reliance Smart sim with 3G service which got activated on Wednesday, 4th September, 2013. Since the time the sim has been activated there is very poor 3G internet speed and most of the times there is no internet network. I am unable to access internet on my phone for this reason and I am just paying for 3G without being able to use it. Thus, I request you to either improve the service (both network and speed) or refund the amount I have paid for 3G. I tried calling the Ranchi reliance customer care 3 times but everytime they disconnect my call saying that they cannot hear me though I can hear them very well. This sort of service is unacceptable and is almost like cheating the customer by making them pay for a service which is not available in the first place. Can you please rectify this issue immediately? It has been 8 days now since I am unable to use internet on my phone. Please improve service OR refund my money! Was this information helpful? | |||
