[Resolved]  Reliance 3G Broadband — Incorrect Bill & poor service

Dear Sir,

I am not getting any response from reliance 3G broadband customer care and also not from reliance complaint department. I have sent 8-10 mails to their Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com mail ids in last july month and even talk to their customer care several times but nothing works. No body call me or respond in mail to me. Please find below few reference id's of their mail chains which they stop responding after i send my payment proof scan copy to them and they caught red handed with their wrong bill. Now every time when i ask them to respond in mail they just send generalize auto mail by stating that they will reply in next 24 hr. And these 24 hr never comes even after month.

Please find below one of my mail to their customer care complaint department which i send on 24th july 2012 with reference no. 'Reliance=[protected]' . I send them attached bill pdf and scan copy of 2500 rupees payment proof as well in this email. And after this they stop responding. I never seen poor service and customer care department like this. If go to vendor he says call to customer care, If call to customer care they says complaint to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com mail id and after sending dozens of mail on this mail id no one respond. If they really want to loot common people then they should show some courage to come on street with arms instead of sitting in their office and looting common people. I want to take some strict action against them and i want refund my whole money as i don't want to associate with this fraud carrier anymore. This is my experience after associating with this carrier more than 2 years.

Please find attached scan copy of payment slip for new reliance number ([protected]) which i taken on 9th july 2012 and current month bill pdf file for old number ([protected]) which i request to close. I made 3 month advance payment of 2500 rupees on 9th july 2012 for new number [protected].

Now i am not able to understand this bill pdf file that from where this One time payment charges of 1000 rupees come in picture and from where this 1124 rupees payment made ? I never made 1124 rupees payment, i made 2500 rupees payment for new number then how this 1124 rupees payment is shown on this bill pdf file ? And from where this one time payment charges of 1000 rupees come in picture ? Is that mean that new number [protected] cost me 3500/- instead of 2500/- ( which is told me earlier) ?

I guess this 1124 rupees balance was in negative in my old number ([protected]) which should be adjusted in current bill amount of 813 rupees for old number [protected]. But instead of adjusting this balance this is adjusted with new 1000 rupees one time charge which is totally wrong.

Can any one explain this to me ?

Incorrect billing and worst service — Very bad service from Reliance

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that, i have taken Reliance CDMA connection in the month of JAN 2010 in your BTM layout Relaince Moblile office and the number is [protected].

As per the information they provided, reliance CDMA to CDMA unlimited talk time and i have activated SMS package of 25 rs per month, so that i get 500 SMS free everyday. After taking the connection i called the customer care and they confirmed me about the same.

First 2 months bill i have received properly and i have paid the amount on time. But for the month of April i have recieved bill which is 3 times more than the previous bill and when i called customer care, i got to know that they have de activated SMS service and they have charged 502 Rs for SMS. I went to Jayanagar Reliance mobile office and lodged a complaint for the same issue and i got assurance that it will be taken care.

But yesterday i received call from your customer care and they said i need to pay the amount fully and no action will be taken for my complaint. They have given me the zonal officer number[protected] which is always busy and i am not able to contact through that line.

Is this the way you provide service to customers? I was using Vodaphone for the last 5 years and i never had any issues not even once.

Kindly look into this issue and confirm me whether the bill amount will be corrected? Please replyme as early as possible, so that i can decide sholud i ned to continue to use your service or should i need to go back to other service providers.

Reliance — sending wrong bill fourth time don't get reliance service

i had a reliance data card no. [protected] from last year.
last time dec- 2010 i had given a application to reliance web world to convert my postpaid data card to prepaid .
relaince web word employee give me assurence to my application for prepaid . then after i m not using data card but this fraud reliance communication such a painfull company sending me a bill aprox 2500 R.S again and again its fourth time .and calling me at my cell no. these call disturb me a lot and my work.
i suggest to all people in future please dont get any reliance service .

Till today i did not get any response from your side who can explain me that how this bill is generated. I am fed up by sending mails on your reliance customer care and complaint mail ids so i will not send further any mails on your any mail id. Interestingly i received 10-12 calls from your billing department and everyone says that your 813/- rupees bill is pending and when i ask them to open bill and let me know why it does not show 2500/- rupees three month advance payment which i did not on 9th jul 2012 and from where it shows 1124/- payment which i never did then they all were speechless and said that their department is different and don't know about this. It's strange that you hire too many parrots to just say one line "Your bill is pending". You should learn from Idea they have automated system who speaks this one line :)

And i notice that my number [protected] stops working since 17 Aug 2012. It's strange that no body tell me before stopping this number and as per my 3 month advance 2500 rupees payment on 9th jul 2012, it should work till 9 oct 2012. And you should tell me if you are stopping this before date.

And interestingly today i get another version of bill 813/- rupees bill for [protected] number which was previously for my old number [protected] :)
It seems you guys are suffering from serious management crisis and your management either need rest or help. They don't know what's happening and their is no coordination between different departments.

Let me know if anyone can help me to explain all these bills ?
