[Resolved]  Reliance 3G Broadband — Very Poor Service

I have been using the Reliance 3G ([protected]) for almost 1 year with very low usage while I had 5 GB plan. When I started using the 3G services I found that i am getting a very low bandwidth after 4 GB o[censored]sage. It displayed the same on the Reliance site On calling the customer service which normally takes 30 min or longer of wait, which is not acceptable. Now on talking with the service adviser they said I have to wait till my next billing cycle to get 5 GB of data and nothing can be done. I Selected to upgrade to 10 GB plan so that I am not short of data for my usage. Next month on usage of 4 GB again the service were reduced to very low speed. On again waiting 1 hour for customer service, I requested for disconnection department. The disconnection service adviser told me that he can see the request for increase in data limit but the service has not been enabled. They will give a discount of Rs 50 on standard tariff and offered that the services will be resumed with data limit of 10 GB in 48 hours. Mail response from the department expressed inability to resume 7.2 Mbps but suggested that on a post paid connection I should recharge with prepaid which I could not find at Reliance 3G site. Thus I had to wait till next billing cycle. This time the data plan has been updated but the speed is yet to recover and now the wait time on call center has increased to 1 Hr. I am unable to get the connection disconnected or get service as promised by the company. Please help in getting a disconnection as I dont wish to waste my time in educating the Reliance company how to do business. Looking for compensation for false promises by the company and wasting valuable time of consumers.

Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband is not reducing my rate plan.

On 7th August 2008 I requested a rate plan change from Rs. 11000 /- per month to Rs. 3000 per month. Reliance Broadband Customer Service agrees to do so in 7 days.

Several weeks laters, several, several calls to customer service later, several emails to customer service later, as of the 28th of August 2008, the rate change has not been done. I have now gone into my second billing cycle now, so I will end up paying Rs. 22, 0000 instead of Rs. 6000.

Of course the standard answer is that they are working on it and it is process... while they suck away my money.

I think I should take them to court now

Last 35 days i have face the problem with reliance broadband moderm, So many complain to reliance customer care by phone but not any replied and solution .Every time get the new complain no and last complain no to closed without any comfirmation or solution.

Currently reliance moderm not working then we have purchased the new moderm from the market, but till date company not send your re-presentative for replacement of moderm, Kindly immediately any action for solution.

Reliance Broadband — Very poor customer service

Reliance Broadband has one of the most customer services.
They have their representatives calling you up to pay bills 10 days before the due date. Sometimes these miserable people call even before the bill is received.

And the worst scenario is that just in case you are late to pay your bill even by 3 days they disconnect the phone even for a long time customer.

Also every week in a month I have to log a complaint about their speed being slow and the home page not being accessible

Beware befor taking this service.
Dont buy reliance coneection, as we all know their is alwaz problem in their mobile network same problem in their brodaband coneection, my modem has not w orking, i had registerd a complain in 2007 dec but not any answer only my net bill they are sending widout any use & later on they file a case against me dat i m not payingg their bill, can anyone tell me why i pay bill, reliance is a total compny of cheater so dont buy any reliance product

Broadband — VERY POOR Service

My telephone number is 22451935.And i have already log complaint (on 3rd April 2009) and my complaint number is 7048.I am regularly following up with MTNL about my broadband not working complaint.But still i got no solutions for that.Even no call till yet.

I called many times on 1504 but no luck.Thye simply ask me to give call to 197 and got my area manager number.I got that and the numbers are 22376363, 22378855, [protected]).But even no body pickups any of the phone number.

As per the confirmation which i received from 197 and 1504 that they have already left for the day and also tommrow is there off.Please advice if this is the case why you provide mobile number to them.

This seems to be truly Government servant behaviour.

Also for you information

1. This is not the first time i face this problem.I regularly face this problem and as per 1504 technical persons this is the problem with the wire.But the line man come and do something from the poll and internet starts working (temperorily) for 2-3 days.As per them they clear the carbon from the wire.I am also technical person please advice how each day from where this carbon comes.
2. unable to understand why they don't provide permanent solution for this problem.

Also please advice what we do in case on Saturday & Sundays (when the technical staff onshore is not available).This seems to be very unprofessional service from one of the biggest india's telecom service provider.

Please remember customer wants after sale service.Selling the product not makes you successfull.

In anticipation that things will improve.

Speed in very slow I'll but Airtel for Internet if my problem didn't fix soon.

Reliance — very very poor service

whenever we call to customercare ([protected]) we never get connected .After trying 100 to 150 times one can call customercare.When you talk to customer care they ignore to answer the question asked by the customer very very very poor service.

Additionally to prove that they are cheating people they have charged me for a period for which they have not provided and 3G service. The charges for the period[protected] to[protected] are as per the new plan but without 3G services. and today is 8th March 2013 end on second month billing cycle and still no 3G services are being provided
