Dear Customer Care Executive,
I received a call from your people saying that the identity proof haven't been uploaded yet, now they been uploaded; I again called your customer care and told them about the same.They being rookies, didn't knew anything which could rectify the problem. The speed is still the same. Please solve the query ASAP else I want a refund.
