Reliance 3G — No Network / Rude Behaviour of Customer Care / No Proper Reply | |||
I have braught Reliance 3G Netconnect Dongle, i was told there is good network in our area. But there is no network in my area of Reliance, when i call reliance customer care the people there behave rude and never give to the point answer Nearly every day im calling them i get the same reply "Network will soon be available in my area" I have post paid service which is also not being converted in prepaid Please help me Regads Was this information helpful? | |||

Sub.: Network Problem.
I have a RGSM and a CDMA connection, I am having problem since No both network is available in my area for the past 1 month connection is available on roof top.
Customer care is of no help as they claim that the network is o.k. I Think "The most Third class network in Lucknow U.P. East (CHOWK BAJAZA).
Can you help me, Since other network (Idea [protected]) have no problem.
Reliance officials Visit This Site and they will take some serious actions.
