[Resolved] Reliance 3G — Reliance 3G corruption | |||
(10 digit Netconnect+ Subscriber ID:[protected] Recently, on[protected] I went to the Reliance 3G moblie store in order to upgrade my existing UNLIMITED 3G Data plan i.e 5GB unlimited to 10GB unlimited. The operator at the store cleverly convinced me that my plan would be changed from next month i.e. from[protected] when the next billing cycle would start. But now I have came to know that how they have simply fooled me. Actually they BILLED me for 10GB for the month of September and to my astonishment they didn't even provide me 10GB till now i.e even for the month of OCTOBER. When I complained about the same to them they just accused me and said that they already upgraded my subscription to 10GB unlimited postpaid plan. Even if I continuously said them that after 5GB I am not getting the required speed, they just were not in the mood to believe me. These uncharitable and unfriendly attitude of the RELIANCE 3G people has caused a lot of inconvenience to me (and this is the 2nd time). First time was when I took the 5GB plan and now when I tried to upgrade it to 10GB plan. The previous case was solved after posting a complain Like this and I am hopeful that this time also my grievance will be solved soon. Failing of which I will be forced to quit the so called RELIANCE 3G service. GOD BLESS RELIANCE 3G AND THEIR corrupt Service...which has lots of loop holes and backdoors... The monthly plan clearly shows the "DATA PLAN " as 3G 10GB UNLIMITED 950 POSTPAID PLAN but in "REALITY" the plan working in the ' background ' is still 5GB . This clearly highlights the fact that how corrupt, inconstant, misleading and unacceptable the "RELIANCE 3G " service is...GODD save Reliance...
