Being a senior citizen, find it difficult to read text message and through which most of the service provider commence or subscribe to value added servicess run out of money alleging such will commence within two days unless the mobile holder unsub the service promptly othervise the services are commenced and charges assessed daily. The mobile owner when time comes to use for communication finds its has run out of money or little is left. It just like selling cooling services to a person living on North pole and has no use for it.

This type of rip off needs to be investigated and stopped. I have seen many individuals at the service provider offices complaininng about money disappearing from prepaid vouchers disappearing without much use.

How does a consumer protest this activity?

Only a regulatory agency can intervene.
