I am a customer who was purchase of BIG TV as per the following details,

3. DATE OF INSTALLATION - 1.10.2008
Initially it was giving me good service.After a period of 15 days the problem started cropping up and the details, are as follows,
1.First problem on - 26.10.2008

Solved on - 30.10.2008
2.Second problem on. - 13.11.2008
Call booking no. 80283834 dt. 13.11.2008
Solved on. - 15.11.2008
3.Third problem on - 30.11.2008 ( NO PICTURE)
Call booking no. 81758552 dt. 30.11.2008
The problem yet to be sorted out.
In spite of repeated complaints no one is responding my complaints for which i am deprieved of watching the telivision which is a pass time for me after the office hours.
Reapeated calls to yours service centre is falling in the deaf ears of your service centre.
The silence from your side is deafening. Under the circumstances i am dwaing your kind attention to my problems and looking forward for a instant solution within 24 hrs.
failing which i will have no option other than knocking the door of consumer forum for due redressal of my grievences.
