[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — independent tv bad service | |||
When I have taken Independant TV in December 2018, the agreement was all the channels will be available for one year as per the package. Now as per TRAY guidelines, they have reduced many of the channel. But I believe the agreement should be followed. They should keep there offer at least for the period they have promised. Now, from 14th June 2019 all the channels are gone. Customer service also very bad. They will be not available most of the time.
