[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — I can not viewing two pay channels

sir,
I am a customer of Reliance Big Tv DTH of Smart Card No[protected] I have already complained to customer care agents more than 10 times but till now i can not watch SONY & STAR PLUS channels on my setup box, I have already paid a sum of 200 rupees of premiere pack but I can not watch my channels .
So sir plz take a step towards this company.

I have taken big tv one montg ago but now some channal are not coming like Zee.prem.zee trandee. zeesport, filmy etc

SOME CHANNELS ARE NOT VIEWING PROPERLY.
PICTURE SOMETIMES IS CRACKED.
