I am Reliance BIG TV customer with Subscription ID:[protected]
I have subscribed for Reliance BIG TV on 18th May, 2009 with the subscription of one year and recharged with Rs 4000 paper vouchers.
From Day one I am not able to watch SAB TV and NDTV channel. I called customer care at[protected] and logged compliant but Executive refused to take any compliant and He did not gave me any compliant number. Today again I logged complaint to[protected] and Executive gave me Complaint No:[protected] with SLA of 2 Hrs. After 3 Hrs also Issue was not resolved so I called again and Executive Mr. Syed gave me new complaint No;[protected]. After 4 Hrs of second complaint again issue was unresolved so I called again to enquire but executive has misbehaved and using abusive language. When I asked him to speak to TL so he refused to give TL’s name and disconnected the call with abusive words.
I have paid 4000 Rs for one year so approximately 333.33 Rs per month. People are paying less than this amount and getting all the channels but after paying for One year I feel like Slave and nobody is there to resolve my issue.
Plz resolve the issue and confirm.
