i have facing a problem with big TV . from morning i have facing a problem .it continuously shows a error (signal lost error 400).
i called the customer care but they are giving the excuses only. i also talk their head but he doesn't give any reply about our problem. they all are taking our problem vary lineally.
tomorrow i will recharge my big TV and today i am facing this problem and customer care dint give us any reply.....

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy set up box is not functioning. I have made complain on
customer care on 21st april at 7 a.m. I have been given assurance that
resolution will be done within 24 hours. again i have made call at 9.0
pm on 22 nd april despite of knowing that no service enginier works
after 9.30 customer care assured me that my complain will get resolved
before 7 a.m. of 23rd april. No body turned up on 23 rd april also . Wer
have got a call that u have to recharge we have recharged. but the
service enginier who have called us switched off his mobile. no. is
[protected]. What type of service reliance is giving. I am surprised with
the service as no body is taking up call on customercare [protected]. If
the call is getting
transfered to customercare executive either it is engaged or after 10
to 15 minutes nobody is picking up the phone. After getting frusted u
will have to dissconnect the phone. Should i throw my antena and setup
box as i think i am dealing with one of the worst coustomer service
provider in india.
