[Resolved]  Reliance Big TV (Dish TV) — Full Package not activated in spite of regular complaints since 16 Nov 08

Dear Sir,
I Mr M Ramgopal a Customer of Big TV with Smart Card No.[protected].Sku Code : DW[protected] and welcome Kit No. [protected]
My Big TV was installed on 22 Oct 08, and Immediately I could view all the channels i.e. approx 176 Channels.
I have selected for South Smart popular 2690/- offer with Telugu plus as regional pack.
I have paid 1490/- for set top box and recharged with 1500/-so that 1200 will be cut for package and balance 300/- can be used for movie on demand.
But suddenly on 16 Nov 08 All the channels were cut and only the Telugu Plus and Hindi Punjabi Plus channels are available. I have informed the same to customer care at 1600 Hrs on 16 Nov 08. They have promised me that my channels will be activated within 48 Hrs for that a request has been forwarded for the concerd department.But there was no responce. From 16 Nov to Till Date the following is the story going on but no action has been taken. I have called back the customer care and requested for activation of the channels, They have lodge a complaint 80682878 on 18 Nov 08( Spoken to Mr Surojith). But no response. Again a lodge another complaing after 48 Hrs. i.e on 20 Nov. No.[protected] Spoken to Mr Amit). Still Noresponce and my both the complaints have been closedwithout any intimation.Spoken again on 21 Nov. to Mr Sunil Kumar, On 22 Nov Spoken to Mr Banti, on 24 to Mr Ajay and Floor Supervisor Navdeep at 2100 Hrs.No Response.Again spoken to Miss Esha Rana on 25 Nov, when requested to transfer the call to Floor supervisor she has cut my call, Again ranged up and spoken to Mr Rahul and requested to Lodge a complaint against Miss Esha Rana, He said I have Lodge a complaint and promised to take the case personnely and solve it at the earliest. Again call back and spoken to Mr Rupesh to conform weather a complaint against Miss Esha Rana has been Lodge or not, It is found that No such complaint has been lodge. Requested to Mr Rupesh to transfer the call to floor supervisor, Spoken to Mr Mahinder, He has promised that Our engineer will call you tomorrow and will solve your problem. Ofcourse Engineer from Mumbai has called us and taken all the details but still no action has been taken. Called back customer care again on 27 Nov at 2000 Hrs and spoken to Mr Suresh and requested him to transfer my call to Floor supervisor He said No supervisor is available now call me back after 2200 Hrs I will connect to him. When I told him that If I call at 2200 Hrs Some third person will attend and I have to explain all rthe story starting from 16 Nov to him, then he said I am setting your phone number such that your call will come to me only. I have believed him and disconnected the call. Again called back to conform whether my call goes to him directly, Miss Latha attended my call and conformed me that there is no such provision that a perticular customers call goes to a perticular customercare executive. I have requested her to lodge a complaint against him, No. 81504738.Spoken to Mr Rahul again on 28 Nov at 1310 Hrs, Mr Sunil at 1320 Hrs He said I am refreshing the channels and Your channels will be activated within 02 Hrs. Again called bact at 1730 Hrs and conformed the status of my complaints, they have been closed unsolved. again another complaint 81575794 has been lodge. Called again on 01 Dec and conformed the status of the complaint, it is closed without solving. lodge another complaint 81853759, spken to Mr Mohammed and requested him to transfer the call to floor supervisor, while transfering the call the connection was cut. again Mr Farook attended the call, and when requested to transfer the call he said there is no provision of transfering the call to floor supervisor, when insisted too he did not accept and told me to disconnect the call. When I refused to disconnect the call untill my call is transfered to floor supervisor, He said I will see untill when you will hold the call, When I too took it as a challenge he simply disconnected my call. Again I called back, luckly it was mr Mohammed again, I have requested him to transfer the call, He transfered the call and I have spoken to Floor supervisor Mr Suman david, But still No action has heen taken. What should I do Now, Please help me out.
