Reliance Big TV DTH — not working | |
i purchased reliance bigtv dth on 15 september 2008 and it was installed on 16 september 2008 and i was told that it would be activated with in 2-3 hours but it has been more than 10 days it is not activated yet i have lodged about 5 complaints on its helpline but no action has been taken yet. please help me!!! i ordered bigtv on 26th october n they said its going to be installed within 48 hours and it has not been installed so far. i've made complaints several times to the customer care but no action been taken yet. i think this is the worst service in the country i am sure ...

I HAVE ACTIVE IN MY BIGTV STARTER PACK 3 ON DATED 17/101/2009 BUT TILL KNOW THE SAID PACK NOT ACTIVE IN MY DTH SYSTEM AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS. THE COMPLAINTS NUMBERS ARE FOLLOWING
