[Resolved]  Reliance Big TV DTH — New Connection

Hi Sir/Medam,

My Name is Ganesh Hegde,Mobile No:[protected]
I have registered with new DTH connection for 8days back in to Relaince office(Voucher No is[protected].
But till date I have not getting the DTH connection in to your end.
As per your Executive information 4 days to be need for connection in to METRO city.
But now 8 to 9 days are over.
Also I have many times call to customer care center but your office phone is always BUSSSSY.!
So pls confirm when I get the connection ....!

Reliance BIG TV DTH — install and connection

ipurchase one reliance big tv dth on 8.9.2008 dealer name shah&co adayar branch.till this date 20.9.2008 i couldnt get connection and installation.what can ido now?

Reliance Big TV — new BIG TV connection

Here is my drastic experience with BIG TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DAY 1:

On Monday ie Oct 26,2009 we bought a BIG TV on the assurances of the Retailer (Reliance webstore,Parrys Chennai) that it wud be installed by EOD.

We were very particular abt the installation. But the installer never turned up in the evening.

SInce both me and my hubby are working,we had informed the Retailer. We could not have it done during work hours.

DAY 2:

The Installer called up around 1 PM and asked if he could come and have the same done.But my hubby replied that as no one was home, it was not possible and requested him to come in the evening.

In the evening after office,at 6:45 PM,we called him and requested him to come.But he very rudely informed that he could NOT COME AFTER 7:00. We told him that it was not informed at the time of purchasing the Product.To which he replied,PLZ CONTACT THE RETAILER.

DO THESE PEOPLE MAKE FALSE COMMITMENTS TO SELL THE PRODUCTS.

Then on contacting CC< they informed that the installation wud be done within 24 hrs.

DAY 3:

We had given the kit to our neighbour and requested them to have the same installed in their house as it was adjacent to our home.

The Installer came and just put the DISH,but he do not complete teh connection. But he stractched the Cash Card of Rs.300.00 and got it activated w/o the complete connection. WHY??????????????????????????????????.

He toldus he would come the next day by 10 and have the same done.

DAY 4:

I took 2 hours permission from my office for the DAMN installation,but the XXXX installer did not turn up until 12:30.So after complaining to the Customer Care I left for office after giving my house keys to my neighbour.

The Installer calls up at abt 1:oo PM and is asking permission to come. I told him that the house is locked and the keys are with the neighbour.

Some he reaches there,he connects the wire,but says that the ADAPTOR is not working and goes away.

He TAKES THE ADAPTOR FROM THE KIT AND THE GET STARTED VOUCHER.WHY???????????????????????????????????????????????

I call him up, he says tat the adaptor is not working and he wud come in the morning and have it connected.

DAY 5:

Called him up and tld to come at 12:00 as my hubby would come to have it installed. Asked abt the voucher he says he took it for activation.

At abt 2:00, another installer comes,calls my hubby. The installer has brought 4-5 adaptors,none work. He says that he will come in the evening or morning with a new one.

AFTER ALL THIS NONSENSE I HAVE LOST MY PATIENCE NOW.

ALso, why have your agents activated the cash card and taken the get Satrted voucher w/o intimation and when the connection is not completed. CLARIFY.

Have completely lost faith in Relaince now
They said when we purchased the Big tv connection we can pay through online, but i have tried to connect the services thousand times, but it says error occurred while processing... what is this???

i have complained to reliance big tv customercare for my new connection but not got my connection hence i contacted them through email & those detail are given below

once before i have mailed you grivence about new connection in responce i got call from customercare on[protected] at 07:05 PM they asked about prbblem & answer that your person will contact me within 48 hrs but till today this thing not happened so I want my connection to be done within 24 hrs with my offer period for which I am liable. .

I have got Big tv scratch card coupon(BBDC10N24598) in the offer with koryo tv in big bazaar in month January 2010, also registered no. BBDC10N24598 & address flat no. 2, opposite to section office MSEB Sankh,at post Sankh, Tal. Jath, Dist. Sangli to the customer care before 26th January 2010. But till today’s date 14th march 2010 I have not received connection, installation & call from your Engineer. I have received message on my registered mobile no. [protected] that 'Welcome to Reliance BIG TV.you have subscribed to 1890 offer silver Marathi pack-c' from no. 51234 on the 1st February 2010 from that day I have contacted customer care daily I have got answer I will get my connection soon then also I have not received connection & call from your Engineer. But today I got no. Mr. Kulkarni (mobile no.[protected]), I contacted him & requested him to give me my connection with my one month offer period he tolled me it was in his work order. He refused to give me my connection with my one month offer period & telling me to get connection by recharging 6 months long term pack.

I think he might have given issued on my name to the other person, so I may have received the above message on 1st February 2010.

Hence I request you to give me my connection with my one month offer period for which I am liable.

cable wire connection is not working

Dear, Sir/Madam The Big Tv connection is out of order, The cable wire need to be replaced . please do urgently as soon as possible .

102 pairing issue

My smart card number is[protected], there is some pairing problem because of set up box change, i had called customer care more then 100 time but they were say that there is some server problem, pls resolve it.
