ERROR TYPE 2

I am facing the error type 2 when i did a reset and then on the first time installation page as i refersh channel i got this error
(Error Type 2.) My signal strength is good that is more than enough i think so......,
Why is this error for ERROR TYPE 2 ?

My Card number is[protected]. When I tried reinstalling the set top box, I am getting signal quality good, but when channels are refreshed, I get Error Type 2. The Installation person was also clueless as to how to proceed ahead.

The customer care numbers given are also useless. I have been trying for last 1 week to speak to a support executive, but had to hang up after getting frustrated for 30 to 40 minutes wait. Either you do not have adequate support staff or are having too many complaints to handle.

Please resolve the matter urgently.
