Its been 17 days that we have been complaining constantly.Our hd set top box is not working. The set top box is in warranty and they are not turning up for any replacement. But it has not been taken seriously at all. The senior supervisor and the technical head both are aware of it, but none of them have taken any action. my account number is[protected]. .
