I G.Dinesh kumar, is existing customer of Reliance Big TV having smart card number [protected]. I had recharged my TV connection for one year on[protected]. On Wednesday[protected] from 7.30 pm onwards the telecast has been stopped, at 8.00 pm I spoke to consumer care and he said that I have minus balance of Rs.152.97. He said that on my complaint in October 2010. they have serviced my set of box and the charges were Rs.175. I informed him that no service has been made and register a complaint for refund, he told that our retention department is opened from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm, hence you call tomorrow.
On[protected] at 12.00 pm I registered a complaint no.[protected] regarding non service and refund of Rs.175 in my account. She informed me that after one hour the service will be activated and the complaint shall be solved within in 2 days and at 6.00 pm I contacted and was informed that the service will be activated at the earliest.
On[protected] at 3.45 pm I received a call from reliance big TV (phone no. [protected]) saying that my recharge is nil from[protected] and would you like to recharge. I asked about my complaint she told contact customer care. My recharge expires on[protected] but they are simply harassing me by stopping the service. Hence I request your kind selves to take appropriate action against Reliance Big TV and control them not to harass customer like me for no reason and oblige.
