Reliance Big Tv — Complaint for No Signal | |||
Singal Problem I have Reliance Big TV connection in the name of Kiyam Gautam Singh with Smart Card Number[protected]. On 26th June 2010 I have a poor singal problem so i called up their customer care executive and made a request to fix the problem. They have registered a complaint and gave me a complaint reference number[protected] and told me that their engineer will come fix the problem within 48 hrs but it did not happen. After that day i have been calling every 3-4 times and even i have spoken to their senior exective 4-5 times but everytime i called they told me that it will fix it it in a day and still there is no resolution till now it is more than eight days since i first made the complaint. I think they are just taking my calls and ignoring my problems. Please help me resolve my problems. Was this information helpful? | |||

Any organisation if you are active customer, they should first check the problem, if there is any fault then they should cherge for repairing. But here, these guys are asking money upfront. Because they know, there is no problem. As soon as u pay, they will activate again.
