Complain no.[protected], my big tv ID no.[protected] is all day problem, balance insufficient, cabal extra charge, system problem

recharge date 07.06.2011 200.00 se recharge kiya the, lakin my tv 16.05.2011 ko problum ko solve kiya gaya, 05.06.2011 ko fir tv balance insufisicent ka problum ho gaya hai
coustomer care me complain karne per 10 munit ka time de kar 7 din lagata hai.
Mujhe reliance big tv ko nahi rakhna chahata hu. Mujhe bar bar problum ka sikar hona par raha hai. Mai tang aa gaya hu mujhe mera rupya wapas chahiya.
