Hi Friends, Never purchase any Reliance Black Berry, they will make ur life miserable. 1. Quality of handset is maha bakwas 2. The service provided is maha-maha bakwas.
I purcased BB handset 5 months back and still suffering. Firstly due to quality issues of handset and secondly their services.

Go through the trail mails u will understand the amount of pain u have to take in case u buy reliance BB.

Please let me know what is my credit limit.

Check my previous payments, than u should have acted in this way. U good for nothing people, instead of improving ur services u all are spoiling it. I kept u people chasing for bill and this time my office boy deposited 400 less and u barred my outgoing.
Go through the trail mail and understand the pain u people have given instead of services. Still how dare u can bar my outgoing just for 400 rs.
I am in search of some way to escalate this to ur top management. Let me show u.

Dear All,
Please go through the trailing mails. Since 3 months I am using BB services. Worst experience from the day one. Firstly for activation, Secondly for Plan Change and now Bills.
Not even a single time I have received my bill on time and every time ur SMS threat me regarding late fees.
If even a single penny is charged to me as late fee I will withdraw my connection and approach consumer forum.

Every month I have to wake u up to get the bills. Every month I get a call from CS dept. asking the bill is received or not, but after that everyone sleeps.

Make a Note - YOUR SERVICES ARE WORST. YOU ALL ARE JUST SPOILING YOUR ORGANIZATION’S NAME.

I got call from ur customer service Ahmedabad regarding bill O/S. I requested them to mail a copy to this ID. They said yes .. but till now no mail.

What is the problem in sending mail copy if hard copy is not delivered.

Blackberry — blackberry services barred

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please do the needful help my Blackberry services are barred from 18 Oct, I regular requested to Vodafone Store and on 55666 but they not give me proper solution so I think you solve this problem as soon as possible,
I have been waiting for 5 days for my reliance blackberry services to get activated. Everyday i have called the cust care line they have promised me it will be activated in 24 hours. It has been 120 hours and i'm still waiting.
I spoke to a person in the escalation dept (Chethan J) who was EXTREMELY rude and who kept interrupting me everytime i spoke and just didnt give a damn considering the fact i told him that i wasnt able to get through to the bb dept division as the service wasnt activated and i was getting a recorded voice telling me that i couldnt speak to anyone in that dept as i didnt have permission. He raised his voice and referred to me as 'boss'.Then he tells me to wait ANOTHER 24 hours..This is supposed to be a customer CARE?!?!?!?!!??!!??!
I'm NOT going to wait for 24 hours again. Fyi, this is a corporate connection.
My number is [protected] and it is under the name of ‘United Restaurants Limited’.
This is absolutely true. I am facing the same issues with these people.

RELAINCE HAS WORST NETWORK/SERVICE.

I am facing the same issues with my blackberry 9900 phone that is using relaince network.

The service is intermittent and I am not able to reach customer care on any of the given numbers *363, 30336363.

I am not ready to take this much pain and planning to switch to Airtel soon.
You people r rite year I also suffiring the SaMe problem the *363 and the 30336363 is not working.the 3G survice is make my life hell.as soon as possible I am going to change my cunnection.
