Hi, The Reliance broadband and telephone server installed in our Nakshatram society, chinchwad, pune was down for around 22-25 (Apr 20 - May 15 approx) days. The server was down because the Electricity connection to server has been removed by the society because Reliance is a commercial entity. They have applied for the commercial meter but still not got the commercial meter. Initially, the broadband and telephone services were down for around 22-25 days but when all people of that society were shifting their connection from Reliance to another service provider, they have started running that server through generator. I have complained lot many times to reliance customer care that what will happen to the bill. They told that the bill will be only generated for the period when the server was working but I was surprised to see the bill for entire month. When I have complained to customer care, they have waived my bill for only 7 days and now again I am complaining to reliance customer care for waving for the entire period of 22-25 days, they are not waiving and also not taking the fresh customer complaint. They are mentally harassing and torturing me. I have beena calling around 3-4 times in a day and just wasting my office time for around 30-40 mins on daily basis. Reliance customer care service is pathetic service. I request you to kindly resolve this matter at the earliest and waive of my bill for the period when the server was down.
