On 25Th June i gave a request to terminate the service of my land line phone, bt now in august month they send me the bill of my broadband with additional charges of land line phone..... even last month i had paid 1230 to change my plan...... my plan was of 300 KB ... but now i want to change this into 500 KB with no land line phone with bill of 550
