I HAVE BEEN USING RELIANCE BROADBAND FROM PAST A YEAR AND AM VERY FED UP AND ANGERY FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE BEEN PROVIDING. I DEACTIVATED MY INTERNET PLAN BEFORE TWO MONTHS AND AFTER THE DEACTIVATION OF MY PLAN I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY BILLS FOR TWO MONTHS. BUT NOW SUDDENLY AFTER TWO MONTHS OF MY DEACTIVATION I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING BILL OF RS1820- FOR MY ALREADY DEACTIVATED PLAN .MY MAIN INTENT TO COMPLAIN YOU IS TO ASK FOR MY LOST REFUND AND TO CLEAR MY TWO MONTHS BILL WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN USING AS I HAVE ALL READY DEACTIVATED IT.. INSPITE OF CONSTANT COMPLAINTS AND CALLING IN RELIANCE CUST CARE THEY STILL HAVENT TAKEN ANY ACTION OVER IT.FROM PAST A MONTH OR TWO THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING US TO WAIT FOR THE REFUND OR TO MAKE A COMPLAIN FOR IT...I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION OVER THIS ILL B GREATFULL TO YOU.

Broadband — bill

sir,
I am a central government employ and i was applied for broad band connection I was attached for that document also after two bill it is not regularised and I went Adyar exchange and gave return complaint then they checked my file same paper was there in my file and they given me assurance will do the neccessary action after thee bill was recived it is not regularised. Regarding 1/5/09 to 31/5/09 my plan was changed from 500c to 750 unlimited plan but they were put misc charge Rs. 1360/- What it means. Pleae give me your explain.

Dear Sir,

I am facing very much problems due to yours Billing System. I have a Broadband line in my home from last 2, 3 years but nothing is going normal.

As on today your bill which I get from your department amount 10943 Rs. From last 12 month I go to your office approx 10 time and request them that, please change my plan from 500 to 900 unlimited with my request letter with your department received on 2.11.07. A copy of letter also attached with this letter, I meet in your office so many times with your officers but you not change my plan and every time your office tell that pay this bill and we change your plan from next month.

I am not in position to pay your this bill. Please change my bill and give me unlimited home plan .

I have taken broad band internet connection 250 scheme befor one year and change the scheme to unlimited previous june but i have seen that your scheme has changed to unlimited . shown in net july 14 but aug first recieved the bill the amount is 2249. and the septamber bill is 1699. sir what is this ?there is no one my house to complaint to exchange and Iam working far away in my house so please accept the complaint give remedy for my complaint very soon

Reliance Broadband — Billing

Hi,

I am another victim of Reliance trying to harras people and ask for money which they dont owe to them.

I requested Reliance to install their Broadband which was done on 29th march,2011. I received a Bill in April asking for payment for one and a half months in advance(Dont know what for when I already paid them in advance the month of April). I called them and asked them to terminate my connection on 29th April, 2011(Have Reference ID of the call).

Now I still recieve calls from Reliance and they ask for payments for the months of May and June, for the months when the connection was already terminated. When I tell them that I already had disconnected my Broadband they say that they will look into the matter and call me back which never happens and everytime a new executive calls and I have to explain them the same issue and nothing happens.

I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue as it is really annoying.
