[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Broadband is not working since 2 weeks | |||
Hi Sir, I hold the reliance broadband connection since last 10 months. The connection is not working since last 2 weeks and raised a complaint to correct the same. The first complaint closed on the same day 31st March without any information. (Note: previous week complaint also closed without any information) When enquired by the same night, took another complaint no.[protected] and told will be connected within 24 hours. But so far no one from either customer care nor from technical team contacted us for the same issue. Everyone in the customer care gives nice promises but no action nor response there after. In between I requested for the cancellation as I came to know about the inaction on 4th April itself. When the executive called for the retention of the same, was not at all tried retaining and was not at all co-operative and took cancellation request but he didn't send any confirmation message as promised. I don't know looking at others complaint, even I have to go to consumer court it seems. Last months several days I had the same issue. Regards, Gopala BR Was this information helpful? | |||

Broadband — Broadband is not working
My Broadband is not working.The laptop is not connecting to the modem for WiFi Connection.The network between the hardwares(Modem and Laptop) is not establishing.Reliance — Week Network Issue
I have Reliance Broadband Plus connection & they are unable to provide the service in Hyderabad city due to week coverage. So I requested the Service provider to provide the better service in Hyderabad city. I purchased the device by paying the Rs. 3750/- and its not function in the Hyderabad.I raised a SR[protected] & they closed the service request without providing any update to me.

reliance is the worst network provider ever. I'm facing the same issue. and did u notice this site. all other companies service representatives are replying the complaints here. but none of the reliance complains had answer.
