Reliance Broadband — Bills sent even after surrendering the connection | |
Re Reliance Monthly Bill Invoice Number :[protected] I have surrendered Reliance Broadband service long back. The modem and instrument has already been collected by their representative. Bill for the period which I used their service has been paid. Reliance is still sending me bills and recently sent me a notice for non-payment. My internet service was not working since July 18th 2008. I lodged several compalints but nobody attended. Finally I got frustrated and asked them to terminate the services through email. I have paid my bill for the month of July. however Reliance is still sending bills and now they have sent a notice for non-payment. I asked them to send a bill for the period I have used their services to which they have not replied and sent a notice for non-payment. First of all because of non-service I have suffered losses and now they send bills for non-payment for the services which was not available. I'm also facing the same problem now. After giving request fro termination, I'm keep getting the bills and now they have sent me the notice too, what is this happening without using the service, how can they bill me for 3 months, Can anybody take this matter seriously.
