[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Not shifting the internet connection | |
Hi, I'm Anand from Pune, Its been more than six weeks since I asked Reliance for shifting my internet connection. But, they don't seem to be interested in doing so. I have already called up Reliance customer care 15-16 times. All they do is generate an useless Request ID and promise me of escalating the issue. But, I have never been communicated for shifting the connection. These people are so lethargic. Please let me know where I can complain about this. - Anand Was this information helpful? | |

I am one of the Reliance Broadband Customer using a Tariff Plan of Rs.650 / month with unlimited usage and 75 free local calls.

We were at Shenoy Nagar, Chennai a week before where the connection was made by febraury last week.
Now we shifted our home to SriNagar Colony, Saidapet, Chennai.
It was Mr.Malairaj, an agent, through him we filled the form to get the connection. He promised me to provide free connection after shifting home without
any shifting charges.
It has been about 10 days since we shifted to new home and yet the broadband connection was not established there.
We called the agenst, Mr. Malairaj and Mr. Sathish many times a day but no proper response from their side.
We also provided them nearby street reliance broadband customer no for their reference.
We just used only 1 week since the connection was made at old home. I am completely disappointed by the worst service Reliance is providing me
for reestablishing the connection during home shift.
We have registered so many complaints thru Reliance Toll free no ( Complaint No[protected] and they told they would forward this to the corresponding team and do the necessary. But nothing happened.
We cannot pay Rs.650 for a period of just 1 week. Hope you can understand and do the necessary action immediately.
I have no intention to complaint on any person particulary ..All I need is to activate broadband service at new home.
If any problem would still make us wait, I request you to please disconnect the broadband service asap.
If connection is not made within 24 hrs, I will contact any other agent or any other broadband service for better usage and would forward this mail to
