Reliance Broadband — Termination of connection not done even after confirming that it will be done and bills still getting generated

Dear Sir,
I had suscribed to Relaince Broadband Plan for unlimited plan of 300 KBPS for which my cost was INR 799 + other tax.
Since I had changed my location and wanted to transfer my connection to the new location so I called up the Customer Care to know the process of changing location. After few calls they confirm that my new location is not covered in thier list of areas covered under thier services. So finally on 28th April 2009 I confirmed my request for terminating my connection. They gave me a request ID 96048044 and confirmed that within 15 days my connection will be terminated. I asked them if any new bill will be generated, they said that I have to pay my bill for ongoing period and this would be my last bill after which I will not have to pay any bills as no new bills will be generated as my connection will be terminated after 15days.
When the last bill was generated I got a call from reliance for paying my bill. I paid this last bill and was of the notion that the connection would have been terminated as promised by reliance.
To my surprise I have got another new bill generated with bill dated 23rd May 2009. When I called up the reliance customer care on 2nd June 2009 they told me that I have asked for contnuing my service and cancelling termination ( which I never did). They said that there is a message in the system that I want to continue my connection. When I asked them if they have any such prooof they refused and simply said the message is there in the system. I asked them to give me to connect me to the executive who claims that I have called them up and asked for continuing my connection, they refused to do so. I told them that I am not going to pay for some service I have not used and already being promised that It will be terminated within 15 days (which actually never happened and I was not informed also), thier executive told me in hindi ' Payment to aap ko dena hi padega' which was almost a threatening tone. I simply refused and anyway will never give my hard earned money to reliance for this fraud.
After some argument the executive told me to be on hold while he will connect me to his supervisor. After some time he comes on line again and gives me new complain number '99480485' saying that they have taken down my complian and someone will give me a call soon. This has been happening since mid of April and they are just delaying my termination and generating bills. Why should I ask them that I want to continue thier service when I have left that location.
I have now made up my mind to never ever take any relaince service and also asking my other friends and relatives who are using relaince service to discontinue thier service so that they also dont become a victim like me.

I would request to please look into this matter and get it resolved. Following are my details:

respected sir!
i want to terminate my connection, because we use it once in a week.this my earnest request to do the same before 23th june2009, after this we will not pay any bill
