Dear Sir/Mam, We are using Reliance Broadband connection under name of Optimistic Wealth Management Co. Id No:[protected]. From last week 12/6/09 our broadband is not working, we logged complaint in the company officials, they came on 20/6/09 and said there was some techincal problems thatsy service was unavialble.When i asked for recharge system they said your daily charges of Rs. 13/- will be levied may broadband works properly or not. my number iwas 39161212 i was having a prepaid account . . i paid 2200 the connection is still not actived they told reliance will return the money back in 2 months . money in still not been refund
