[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — connection denied and worst customer | |
I have applied for an reliance broadband connection on 18/06/2007, got to know about it when the DSA visited my house. I have applied it on same day by giving Rs.500/- cheque on the same date. I was promised of a connection within 7 working days, they have contacted me on 1st July that they will give connection and come at 7pm in the evening. I have called them again they said to come by 8pm after which the DSA vikas no: [protected] did not even take my call. Next day he gave me the no of two reliance executive namely anshul [protected] and kamaljeet [protected], upon calling kamaljeet anshul did not receive the call. They arranged to send the people in the evening at 6:00 pm after examining they said it is technically not feasible to give the connection and left. Whom do i need to contact further since kamaljeet after contact says they cannot do anything of it. Why they have not done the feasibility study before taking the application and make me wait for so many days and now they have not even told us that when they will refund the money, nor they are receiving my calls now. worst service please customer do not go for reliance broadband it is worst service.
