Reliance Broadband — connection problem

hi this is dhaval here i have reliance phone no-[protected] . my phone was discontinue from last 4 months but the billing will continue no body show about my complain i complained many times but they are only call and say the complain will remove but still that my phone was always dead thats why i did not pay the last bill and my phone also disconnect so pls do some for that.
