[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Billing after Service Termination | |
Dear Sir Madam This is a complaint regarding the False billing By the Reliance Broad Band after Termination of services. I would like to bring to your notice the i use to have a broad band connection of Reliance with the User Id :[protected] . For this account i have placed a request with the customer Care for termination and the services got terminated on !0 th Aug 09 as i have received a call for the customer care also it is reflecting in the Bill of sep 09 Bill . But still I have not recived My full and final bill for payment instead i am receiving bills for the month of sep 09 and oct 09 for which they are charging me The rentals and also i am receiving a lot of call from the collection agences asking me to make the payment . The collection agency also abuses me for not making the payment for which i am not liable .When contacted the customer care they say the the have taken down my request .but still i am receiving abusive calls from the collection agency. the complaint which i have register with the customer care states that the services are terminated and i do not have to make payed but still i am receiving bills and call from collection agency.
