[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — not giving me connection

their executive collected 500 rs cheque and promised connection within week.

but after 1 month , no phone call from company persons, and my cheque already cleared from my acccount.
help to solve problem

I also had a similar problem. I applied for broadband Internet connection 40 days ago, still there is no call or visit from Reliance people. When I inquired again and again on phone, they say that it is not feasible to install the broadband connection in my building - which is a blatant lie as my neighbour has the broadband connection from reliance.

It is time that Mr. Ambani listens to these complaints - fires all the inefficient staff - and improve the service level which has gone to pathetic level
