Reliance Broadband+ — NetConnect not working on my WIn XP | |
Hi, Compliant Number :[protected] This has to be the most pathetic customer service provided. All the while I was made to feel as if the so called backend team/technical team is a rare species of superhumans who have disended on earth. I call up customer care on friday evening, promised resolution over weekend. I stres s the need to get it sorted over weekend as I can't take time out in the corresponding working week. Then three calls later with Ms Shaylaja, Hirendra,Prakash I was promissed of getting a call from technical team by 2 executives (Prakash(Sunday 27th Dec 11 am) and Ketan(sunday 27th Dec 9:00 pm)) Then at 10:30 PM I spoke to Ms Sana ( the floor supervisor). She promises me a call back in 25 minutes. No call.. I postpone my dinner waiting for the call.... no call. Next day mornig at 11 , when I am driving and not near a computer.. BANG !!! call from teh God !! Technical team !!! 2 hrs later .. still unable to resolve my problem.. and I am promised a visit in 72 HRS !!!!! and then I will be billed from Dec 24 !!! PATHETIC to say the least !! Do u guys have any escalation matrix !!! or is it just a scheme to loot ppl of INR 3500 and provide them with a stupid junk market china made USB ? Call me and expediate thing pls... or refund me the 3.5 K to prove that reliance actually is a corporate and not a bunch of looters !! Was this information helpful? | |
