[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Pathetic Broadband connection

Have taken Reliance Broadban connection in Diwali offer where Installation charges are refunded ( waived Off ) and you get a PC protect free Pamplet states " Other companies charge you extra". Considering the same i had taken the connection however realised that Engineer failed to install PC protect . I tried calling Reliance customer service for Literally 2 months and spent 5 hours on one call without any help from call centre advisors . I was initially told that my bill will be waived off till the matter is resolved and finally one engineer visited and stated I need to format my laptop , I did the same but still was not able to connect PC protect . At the same time whien asked for bill waiver after numerous call some odd 200 rs out 499 was waived off and when asked for refund of my installation charges they stated it will be adjusted in my next bill .. I anyways was not able to use the service and was annoyed as I wanted the money back in My account as considering the kind of cust service ettiquites these people had ( keeping on hold for 1/2 an hour ) was worried if i give disconnection request will never get the same back .. I am still following up for my money Infact today I was on hold for 40 mins[protected] which is suppose to be a toll free number and got charged for the same and the supervisor did not turn up .. following is the reply to my mails that I get .... IMPORTANT CHECK THE STATEMENT NEXT TO TOLL FREE

Its Pathetic service which I dont think apologise is sufficient , As you have agreed that I did not recieved expected services from You , As promised by you on the telephone Conversation I should be entitled to recieve my 500 Rs ( installation Charges ) until which i will not handover any eqipment to your agents .I am not entitled to pay any bill as well .. I have no clue without my information how this service could be terminated.

Kindly do the needful first and then come and take the equipment from me

Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1250 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement.

The collection of the equipment may take 3-5 days depending on your availability.

none of the address is opening up same message is comming that server not found... i live in mohali in 626 phase 6.. i have submitted this complaint two days before but no action has been taken up yet...
