Reliance Broadband — Service Remaining suspended even after payment of bill | |
Respected Sir/Madam With Due respect I beg to say that I live in Pune and I m using Reliance broadband services from a long time.It has been very disheartening that for the very first time it has happened in this way.I paid off my dues on 27-Jan-2010 and today is 30-Jan-2010 and my services have not been resumed yet.I am having this problem from last three days.I also lodged 2 complaints whose reference number are viz[protected],[protected] but till now there has been no hearing in this case.I am still facing the same problem. Apart from this every time they(customer care personnels of technical deptt. too) register my complaints and ask for more 24hrs time to activate my services but that too without success till now. I am very shocked from this behaviour from reliance broadband services deptt. Please Sir/Madam I m registering this complaint online so that it could be heard.Try to help me with this problem as soon as you people can. With Due respect I beg to say that I live in Mumbai and I m using Reliance broadband data card (RIM NO. [protected]) services from a long time. It has been very disheartening that for the very first time it has happened in this way. My Data card is misplaced form my side; I compliant to my agent to (Mr. Alok) disconnect my data card. Then after he gives me clarification your card is disconnected. After that I paid off my dues on 01-Dec-2010 (Amount-492/-), after I give one termination Letter also for disconnect my data card. After I got termination call also form Reliance communicatio but till date I got every day call to representative Ms. Suchitra again & again she calling me asking for pay the bill/dues. Why I am paying the bill? Because I not using the connection, already give the payment & Termination letter also. I am having this problem from last one & two months. I also lodged 2 complaints but till now there has been no hearing in this case. I am still facing the same problem.
