[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Service location change

I want to shift my reliance phone ([protected]) to apartment complex in which a customer is already having reliance broadband ([protected]). But when I raised the phone shifting request, they responded saying that the area is not covered. Please find below the mail chain for reference.
